Dear Dilley and Oak Grove Academy Families,
The district has been notified by PGE that it will be shutting off power in their public safety power shutoff (PSPS) areas today between 10am and 1pm. Dilley Elementary and Oak Grove Academy (OGA) Gales Creek Campus fall within this service area.
As a result, the district will close Dilley and OGA – Gales Creek for today in order to keep students safe. With power being shut off, the district will not be able to run ventilation and classroom air purification systems. All other district buildings will run as normal.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide district families with updates.

PGE ha notificado al distrito que cortará la energía en sus áreas de corte de energía de seguridad pública (PSPS) hoy entre las 10 a. m. y la 1 p. m. Dilley Elementary y Oak Grove Academy (OGA) Gales Creek Campus se encuentran dentro de esta área de servicio.
Como resultado, el distrito cerrará Dilley y OGA – Gales Creek por hoy para mantener seguros a los estudiantes. Con el corte de energía, el distrito no podrá hacer funcionar los sistemas de ventilación y purificación de aire de las aulas. Todos los demás edificios del distrito funcionarán normalmente.
